This is the Bittydesign Car Stand. This car stand was developed to fit 1/8 scale buggies and truggies, but will also accommodate 1/10 scale vehicles. It has been laser cut from 4mm thick crystal clear plexiglass and features holes in the top that will fit your shocks, and various tools.
